These group exercise classes are open to all Benefitness members

Classes requiring advanced sign up are indicated on the schedule. To sign up you can:

Classes are open to all fitness level

Cancellation Policy:

If you have signed up for a class and are not able to attend then please contact the front desk before the class is scheduled to start. If you do not attend a class that you have signed up for then you will be noted as a “no-show”. After 3 no-shows you will be unable to sign up in advance for ticketed classes for 3 weeks. 

 

For our Small Group Training & Pilates Reformer Classes

Small Group Training classes are limited to 5-8 members

Reformer classes are capped at 5.

These classes are not included in the price of membership.

Prices:

Small Group Classes are $15/class or $120 for a 10-pack.

Pilates Reformer Classes are $25/class or $205 for a 10-pack

An additional $5 per class is added for non-members

Small Group Training classes cannot be used to pay for Reformer classes.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice must be given to cancel a small group training or Pilates reformer session

For classes to run there is a 2 person minimum . If a class is cancelled due to low member numbers, the members signed in for the class will not be charged for the class.
