|Benefitness is a women’s health club and gym in Brookline Village. We offer a wide range of fitness classes, including cardio, strength, yoga, spin, and Pilates. In addition to our classes members can also work with the personal trainers on staff to achieve their fitness goals.|
|On-site childcare and nutrition counseling are available for members.
|Benefitness has small group training classes that include: TRX Suspension Training, Pilates Reformer, Barre, and circuit training.|
