Benefitness is a women’s health club and gym in Brookline Village. We offer a wide range of fitness classes, including: cardio, strength, yoga, spin, and Pilates. In addition to our classes members can also work with the personal trainers on staff to achieve their fitness goals.
On-site childcare and nutrition counseling are available as well.
TRX Suspension Training and Pilates Reformer classes are available at Benefitness as a part of our Studio Program.
