Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you have parking available?

A: While we do not have private parking, Brookline has plenty of street parking and most members find a suitable spot within proximity of the Club. There is metered parking on Harvard Avenue, as well as a municipal parking lot located on Pierce Street, about 2 blocks away from Benefitness.

Q: Do you have a Free Trial or Guest pass?

A: Yes! You or your guest’s first visit or class is on us! after that our day passes are $25 and can be purchased at the front desk. If you are interested in trying one of our Ticketed Group Classes, click here to create an account. Once you account is made, you will be able to sign up for your class. Make sure you arrive for your class early, so you have time to fill out an insurance waiver before your class begins.

Q: I have a question about class registration…

A: Currently, Spin is the only group Group Fitness Classes requiring advanced registration. Registration is opened 48 hours before the class, and remains open until 1 hour before the class starts. The rest of our Group Classes are drop-in classes, and require no advanced registration. Registration can be done online, through the Benefitness App, and at the Front Desk. For further information or a copy of the complete schedule, visit our Front Desk, or click here.

A: Benefitness requires 30 days written notice for all membership cancellations. If cancellation in person is not possible, you may mail a signed letter with your request to cancel. The 30 days notice will begin from the date that the letter is post marked. To Freeze your account, Benefitness requires 15 days written notice.
